I'm the newest member to the office and I have not read or messed with legal descriptions yet, so this course was great for me because I feel confident enough to be able to actually read a legal description now.

Clear, precise, articulate narration.  Easy to comprehend.   Reading Legal Descriptions is a tough subject to learn but this one was taught in a manner easy to follow and understand.  Also being able to pause and re-play any of the sections was a welcomed feature.  I would recommend this class to anyone interested in legal descriptions.  Bravo! Two thumbs up!
